Scope and pricing

Services are provided by prior agreement. Before work begins, Mikhail and the client confirm the requested work, deliverables, price, and expected schedule in writing. Changes to the agreed scope or costs are discussed and approved before proceeding.

Payment

Payment instructions and due dates are provided in the accepted quote or invoice. This website does not accept payments or create recurring charges.

Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms for a specific engagement are stated in the written quote or service agreement before payment. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
